Celebrating Years of Service

Jack Welch, former Chairman and CEO of General Electric once said, “No company, small or large, can win over the long run without energized employees who believe in the mission and understand how to achieve it”.

At Sinceri Senior Living, our Team Members are not only energized, but they are also highly engaged in our mission of Caring Together to Honor Aging. Founded by Jerry Erwin after losing his mother, Margaret to Alzheimer’s disease, JEA delivers care with a true family focus. We equip and empower each Team Member to do what is best for the resident, creating Meaningful Moments for them each and every day.

We have been incredibly blessed to attract and retain our incredible Team Members at JEA. Finding exceptional people whose values align with our own allows us to engage on a personal level and create strong working relationships. Many members of our Team have been with us for 5 years or more – and in some cases, many more. Thanking all of our Team Members for their service, our VP of Human Resources and Employee Relations, Alisa Clark, had this to say:

“Employees of JEA, thank you for choosing us as your employer. Out of all the employers, you found alignment in what Sinceri Senior Living stands for and your own personal values. Whether you had a desire to work in long-term care or found us as a job opportunity to grow in a career path, your decision to join our team in Caring Together to Honor Aging has made an incredible impact on countless residents and their families.

This year as we reflect, we have many things to be thankful for – namely, we are thankful for each and every one of you. For your service, continued success, and the selfless way that you give each day to create Meaningful Moments for your residents.  To each and every one of you – thank you!  You are the reasons that we are able to accomplish great things. Through your commitment and teamwork, we will continue to help seniors and their families.”
