``The staff is incredibly hard working. The executive director runs the facility top notch. House keeping does a great job. The facility smells clean. The care staff knows the residents like they are family members. The kitchen is clean and the food is great. Always a little left over for the staff. Staff uses walkie-talkies to communicate. This works well and keeps wait time down. Appointments and transportation happen in a timely manner. They are well staffed. The management team is not afraid to jump on a cart and pass medication or do patient care. Great care is taken to match the right staff to the right position. Activities has two of the best match staff members for this position. I was proud to have worked there.``
