You can be confident that your conversation with us will always be anonymous and open. We always recommend that you first reach out to the Executive Director of your local Sinceri Senior Living community with any concerns you might have. However, if you feel that your concerns have not been adequately addressed, please don’t hesitate to use our helpline where we will attentively address your concerns as soon as possible.
