Great Place to Work Institute has honored Sinceri Senior Living with certification as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row. The certification process considered more than 2,300 employee surveys from across Sinceri Senior Living’s 60 locations. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

JEA makes an incredible effort to make sure that employees have the training made available to them for them to be efficient in their specific role in the community as well as dementia care providers. Training material is updated consistently as new information comes to light, and it is provided on a consistent time frame.
They put the residents first-above money. I feel this so often in all the little things they do for residents including ensuring staffing is adequate to meet residents needs safely.
