Sinceri Senior Living communities offer engaging and personalized care focused on the uniqueness of each resident and provide services best suited to their individual needs. We offer assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and supervision of personal medications.

Aging Experience
Using Engagement, Reflection and Education to transform our approach to Resident Care
At Sinceri Senior Living we believe it is our privilege and honor to care for the aging population in our communities. As our residents age in place, we understand that certain challenges may arise that can affect both physical and cognitive abilities. We strive to continually educate our teams and families on the aging process, including what it might be like when living with diminished abilities. Aging Experience is part of this process.
In addition to simulating what it might be like for our residents who are experiencing these challenges, our Aging Experience program aids in team building. Most importantly, this program creates a community and family connection, best serving our residents through an empathetic approach to care.
Our Aging Experience program engages our team and families in a meaningful way so that they maintain a sense of empathy and empowerment, making a positive change!
Elevate
An Assisted Living and Independent Living Program
Elevate is about enhancement, improvement, upgrading and development and at Sinceri Senior Living we strive to develop programs that are designed to enhance the lives of seniors and support the whole person. The foundation of our Elevate Program begins with our 4 cornerstones to engage and promote a healthy and active lifestyle:
1. Focus on Life Experiences
Utilizing a Resident Interest Profile, we learn about each resident as an individual, helping us develop personalized and customized programming to their interests, hobbies, and needs. Our Resident Interest Profile allows us to recognize and facilitate conversations and relationships between residents who share common interests or backgrounds.
2. Lifelong Learning
Lifelong learning has many benefits including improving memory, an increase in self- confidence, building new skills, and helps to improve ones you already have. Our Elevate Program offers several signature monthly opportunities for lifelong learning. We continually look to enhance our lifelong learning through guest speakers, fine arts programs, and educational series.
3. Enriching the Lives of Others
Our Elevate Program offers multiple ways to enrich the lives of others and in turn find a sense of belonging and purpose. Our signature program of Sincerely, Sinceri is all about contributing to our outside community both locally, nationally, and even globally. Each year through Sincerely, Sinceri we have set monthly outreach projects that each community will use to create a unique giving back experience.
4. Creating New Experiences
At Sinceri Senior Living we encourage our residents to share their goals and dreams with us so that we can create programming and experiences to help them accomplish those visions. Involving residents in the development of programs will allow us to enhance their lifelong hobbies, build new ones and work to continue creating memories to share with friends and families.

This pricing includes base rent only – Level of Care charges not included.
At Palms at St. Lucie West, we are a private pay community with rates starting at $3,230 per month. However, we work with families and prospective residents to identify funding sources such as: Veteran benefits, long term care insurance, life insurance conversion, short-term loans/ lines of credit and home sales.
