Sinceri Senior Living awarded, “ADP Resiliency at Work” award at annual Meeting of the Minds (MOTM) Conference

Sinceri Senior Living (“Sinceri”) was recently recognized by ADP at their annual Meeting of the Minds (MOTM) conference this past week. The Sinceri Senior Living team was awarded the “ADP Resiliency at Work Award” based on their ability to retain employees, and their measured success in building their future through tools such as the ADP DataCloud, the ADP Mobile App, and ADP Vantage HCM.

This award was accepted by Sinceri’s V.P. of Human Resources and Employee Relations who stated, “The reporting functionality of ADP DataCloud allowed us to take the necessary steps in response to what we needed during the pandemic. The speed and ease we experienced allowed us to be flexible, helping us pivot as a company.”

The reporting functionality of ADP DataCloud allowed Sinceri to take necessary steps in response to immediate needs during the pandemic. When there were times of uncertainty, this partnership provided access to accurate, up-to-the-minute data and reporting, which allowed Sinceri to continue to operate when the world came to a pause.

Chief Executive Officer of Sinceri, Chris Belford, noted that partnering with ADP during the pandemic and their recent expansion was valuable and contributed to the company’s success. He expressed that ADP gave Sinceri the ability to seamlessly transition 50 new communities into their organization without any interruption to operations. On winning the Resiliency at Work Award, Belford stated, “This honor that ADP has bestowed on us is very gratifying and is a reflection on the culture that we believe in. As healthcare workers, we have a tremendous responsibility to our residents —our family — to take care of them and provide for their needs regardless of the challenges we’re presented.”
